Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prolinq, operated by VantaRock Studios ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Prolinq, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Prolinq.

1. Description of the Service

Prolinq is a customer-facing AI assistant and business operations platform. Depending on configuration, Prolinq supports AI or manual chat handling, booking requests, rescheduling and cancellation flows, booking lookup by customer contact details, team assignment workflows, optional product ordering, analytics, notifications, and related operational tools.

2. Plans and Limits

Prolinq currently offers plan tiers including Free and Pro.
Free plan accounts include a monthly completed-booking limit (default 10 unless otherwise configured).
When that limit is reached, chat may continue but Prolinq booking actions pause until the next monthly cycle.
Pro plan removes the completed-booking limit and unlocks advanced analytics features.
In-app upgrade flows currently capture upgrade intent. Live payment processing may not yet be enabled.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.

Registration:

Business owners create accounts to manage business data, chat settings, bookings, analytics, and optional products. You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials and team-member passcodes secure.

4. Your Responsibilities

Accurate Information:

You are responsible for the accuracy of business profile data, services, availability, booking rules, team schedules, and optional product catalog data.

Customer Notice and Consent:

You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required by law before collecting or processing customer data through Prolinq.

Lawful Use:

You must use Prolinq only for lawful business activity and must not abuse, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

5. AI, Automation, and Human Takeover

AI Output:

Prolinq may generate automated responses using AI. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your specific needs.

No Professional Advice:

AI responses are provided for convenience and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Business Controls:

Businesses can configure automation modes and may take over conversations when human intervention is needed.

6. Customer and Business Data

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to Prolinq, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

You grant us permission to process and store data required to deliver chat, booking, order, analytics, support, reliability, and notification functionality.

Conversation sessions and messages are subject to automated retention cleanup according to platform retention settings. Additional records may be retained as needed for legitimate operational, legal, or compliance purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, AI response generation, database and storage services, media hosting, monitoring, email delivery, and push notification delivery. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Availability, Changes, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including plan features and limits. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or created legal, security, or operational risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROLINQ IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PERFECTLY ACCURATE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANTAROCK STUDIOS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO PROLINQ USE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VantaRock Studios and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of Prolinq, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgetown, Guyana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes related to these Terms or Prolinq use are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgetown, Guyana.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of Prolinq after updates means you accept them.
